Yellow Sweet-clover, Sourclover  (Melilotus indica)
Plant: Annual, not hairy, erect, branching 8 to 30 inches tall.
Flowers: In racemes 3/4 to 4 inches long, pea-like, yellow, about 1/8 inch long.
Leaf: Alternate on stems, three 3/4 to 1 inch leaflets on 3/4 inch stem, finely toothed.
Flowering period:   April to October
