Golden Yarrow  (Eriophyllum confertiflorum)
Plant: Perennial shrub, somewhat woody at the base with erect, slender stems, 1 to 2 feet tall.
Flowers: Many in dense clusters at the ends of branches, yellow.
Leaf: Alternate on stems, lobed with narrow linear divisions, green above, woolly below, 3/8 to 1-1/2 inches long.
Flowering period:   March to August
