(Cuscuta salina)
Plant: Colorfully abundant in Coastal Sage, often forming dense, colorful, tangled masses. The absence of any green shows a true parasite. Dodder species are parasitic on Pickleweed, Sage, Buckwheat, Deerweed and Goldenbush.
