Plant: Small perennial shrub, 1 to 2 feet tall, erect,
widely branching. Plant is white woolly when flowering.

Flowers: Many yellow tubular disk flowers with numerous
lavender pink or white ray flowers at the ends of stems. Seeds
are in small hard fruit.

Leaf: Alternate on stems, lance shaped, sometimes toothed,
3/4 to 2-1/2 inches long, reduced above.
